As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partners.
Cancellations
Because our products are produced specifically for each customer, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has started, we will always do our best to help.

Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
